The showcase for specialist nurseries is the Horticultural Trades marquee. Stand space in this marquee must be a minimum of 5.5metres long x 2 metres deep and stands must comprise a display which is at least 50% of the stand size, and the remainder of the stand may be a selling area. The displays must remain intact until the bell sounds at 4pm after which the displays may be sold. The displays will be judged early on Showday and certificates awarded. The “Best in Show” display will also be presented with the Eastern Daily Press Trophy.
Horticultural trade stand space is also available on the showground as a standard size of 6 metres frontage x 5 metres deep. This is for plant sales only with no requirement for a display.
Village Gardening and Horticultural Clubs are also invited to take part in a judged display competition in the Royal marquee. Each club is allocated a plot just 5 feet square to build a display to a set theme. Certificates are awarded and the display judged “Best in Show” will be presented with the Eastern Daily Press Trophy for this competition.
All applications for any of the above should be made to the Treasurer:

Another popular attraction at Sandringham Flower Show is the Craft marquee.
The Committee invites applications from craftspeople to exhibit and sell in the Craft marquee.
The Committee restricts the number of stands to 40 and each single stand is 8 feet frontage by 6 feet in depth. A double stand may be purchased. The Committee also provides two trestle tables per single stand, inclusive in the price, and details of each exhibitor are included in the official Show Programme. Electricity is provided at a small extra charge and it should be noted that exhibitors are not permitted to provide their own generators.
The demand for stand space always exceeds the space available and a decision will be made by the Committee, at an early stage, to accept a balance of different crafts which will benefit both exhibitors and the public. Applications should include a photograph of the product being sold.
